Fall is in the air.

School is back in session, summer vacations are fond memories and we are enjoying the last of the summer harvest.

At the Wild Sage, we love to feel the seasons shift and look forward to the fruits and vegetables that have begun to arrive.  It has been an incredible year for wild Oregon Chanterelle mushrooms.  They are gorgeous and abundant.  Look for them in many preparations over the next several weeks. Another fall favorite finds it's way to our "scratch" bar.  Quince will be arriving soon, which means our popular Cucumber Quince martini will return to the menu

Bombay Sapphire gin muddled with fresh sage, orange and lime.

Scarlet Queen
Smirnoff cranberry vodka shaken with blood orange puree,spices and served in a sugar rimmed glass.

Cucumber Quince
Quince infused gin, muddled cucumber and a spritz of rose water are the essence of this house favorite

H.F Bean Old Fashion
Bulleit rye, muddled orange, peach bitters and brown sugar served over a jumbo cube.

Harvest Moon

diners early on.  What began as a desire to be accommodating
became an obsession.  We educated ourselves and have spent
a great deal of time researching and developing the amazing
products we have to offer.
