Executive Chef Alexa Wilson, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Portland, favors simple whole foods creatively prepared and elegantly presented.

She has tickled the taste buds of diners at many of Spokane's favorite eateries including the upscale Davenport Hotel's Palm Court, Prospector's Bar and Grill and Downriver Grill.

The Spokane area native enjoys experimenting with surprising blends of color, texture and flavor. Returning guests anticipate the artistry of each plate as much as the exquisite fare on it.

Complimenting Chef Alexa's cuisine are our scratch-baked breads, crackers and desserts, the forte of Gare Traeger, consulting partner and baker extraordinaire. And what goes better with bread or sweets than a fine wine? Wild Sage boasts a remarkable diversity of local and regional vintages as well as national and international classics – all displayed library-style around the bar, complete with a functional and attractive library ladder.
